Early energy analysis during the design phase provides development teams the ability to evaluate a project’s anticipated energy consumption and look at alternative energy-saving solutions.
Our knowledge and experience will ensure your project achieves its goals without breaking your budget.
We identify Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) with the best Return On Investment (ROI) for your consideration. After the efficiency measures are determined, we calculate Photovoltaic (PV) or Solar Hot Water requirements based on code and/or the project’s sustainability goals. If desired, we present the annual energy cost and carbon impact resulting from each EEM considered.
